A balanced coffee with harmonious acidity and natural sweetness, Natural Coffee is crafted using the traditional natural (dry) process. In this method, whole coffee cherries are sun-dried on raised beds, allowing the sugars and flavors of the pulp to infuse into the bean. The result is a cup with a dense, velvety body, mild and rounded acidity, and a complex, juicy aftertaste. Enjoy rich notes of mature fruits, wine-like fermented nuances, and a lingering caramel sweetness.

Loved this coffee. Has a nice fruity taste without being too intense. You can tell it was roasted recently.
This coffee surprised me in the best way. I usually drink washed coffees, but this natural Castillo was full of flavor—sweet, fruity and super smooth. I could taste berries and a little bit of chocolate.
It smells amazing when you open the bag, and even better when you brew it. I used a V60 and it came out really clean and easy to drink.
You can tell it’s high quality. Definitely one of the best I’ve had lately. Will buy again.
