Two varieties from the same farm, Tabi and Castillo, washed for a clean and dependable cup. Caramel and panela sweetness, a bright citrus acidity, a creamy body and a chocolate finish. It works black or with milk, as drip, French press or espresso.

Washed process. The fruit is fully removed and the beans are fermented and washed before drying. The result is a clean, balanced cup that lets the natural sweetness show.

Why it tastes like this. We grow it ourselves at Finca El Ocaso, 1,850 meters up in Salento, Quindío. Santiago hand-picks only ripe cherries, and every bag is roasted in Colombia with the roast date written by hand on the label. One farm, no middlemen, fully traceable.
